What are your thoughts on MDBH? Market cap 36M now, holding around 60M in EXOZ stock and 17M in cash with an "intangible" asset being their hit rate and record (obviously past performance doesn't guarantee future performance).
I have been eyeing MDBH as well, they have a fantastic track record and the team is switched on. Very unique model.
As an investor in MDBH there are really two main benefits:
- Share/Cash distribution of their company holdings. When there is enough liquidity in EXOZ and a higher MC, they will be distributing EXOZ stock to their shareholders
- Pro-rata access to their seed/IPO listings, although have to be an accredited investor
I will likely take a position in the future, mostly to gain pro-rata access however I want to see them develop and execute further
